TRAINING FOR SUCCESS FROM THE INSIDE, OUT
The RubiXX was formed by two women, Kori & Vanessa, who believed that as a collective, women are forces to be reckoned with.  
 
A few years ago, both Kori and Vanessa were going through their own separate journeys that took them through the shared struggles of life's ups and downs, balancing careers, family and every day life. As with many women, they hit a wall and decided they were not happy with where they were at in life and outlined their own personal goals.  With fierce dedication and focus, they achieved what they had set out to accomplish and emerged fitter, stronger and with a renewed excitement for life and who they were.  
 
With a full grasp on the science of exercise,  toning, nutrition and personal style, RubixX was formed.  It is our goal to provide an outlet for fitness that is affordable, fun and effective. Whether you choose personal training or one of the group boot camps, we promise to provide an environment that will motivate and inspire you to become as healthy and fit as you are capable of being.

Vanessa has been immersed in the world of training and competitive sports since her teen years.  Most of her time was spent in the gym with trainers who created specific fitness programs for high level competition athletes.  After having a family and full time career, she decided it was time to develop her own personal goals and delved into the science of nutrition and trained to run her first half marathon.  Today, Vanessa continues to explore the science of nutrtion + training + muscle building and is looking to conquer another half marathon in January.

BOOT CAMP

 See monthly schedule to book.  This group exercise format is for the intermediate to advanced exerciser. Come and join us as we change up the pace utilizing HIIT training combined with body weight training, partner and team drills, quarterly fitness challenges, running and sprint drills, and a variety of agility, balance, and core training. We excercise outdoors as weather permits.

For equipment, we use medicine balls, dumbells, Bosus’, sand bags, resistance bands, and the best of all - our bodies! For our cardio drills, we use agility ladders, stairs, obstacle courses with cones, balance pods and steps. You’ll need a good pair of running shoes, layered clothing, a bottle of water and willingness to learn and participate.

Tailored to the individual or groups of two, we will work with you to understand your goals and tailor a  program customized to implement fitness and wellness into your lifestyle. We will workout alongside you and keep you on track and accountable in stages to ensure you keep progressing to hit your goals.
